Keith Kirkpatrick, CEO Keith is President of the KPM Group and serves as Executive Director for Leadership Northwest Indiana. Keith was founder and served eight years as Executive Director for the Institute for Innovative Leadership at Indiana University Northwest. Previous to IUN he was the President of the Porter County Community Foundation and founding Executive Director of the Northwest Indiana Entrepreneurship Academy. He has a B.S. in Political Science from Illinois State University and has completed post baccalaureate work at Southern Illinois University - Carbondale, Northern Illinois University and University of Illinois - Chicago. Mr. Kirkpatrick is Chair of the Northwest Indiana University Leadership Consortium and Chair of Junior Achievement for NWI. In addition, Keith serves on the boards of the NWI Regional Workforce, Society of Innovators, Junior Achievement of Chicago, Northwest Indiana Business Magazine Editorial, Crossroads Emmaus Community, and Porter County Vocational Education Advisory. Mr. Kirkpatrick is a faculty fellow with the IU Tobias Center for Leadership Excellence, adjunct faculty at Belarus State University in Minsk, and member of the International Leadership Association. |
| Donna George, Program Director Donna George of Dyer serves as the Program Director for Leadership Northwest Indiana. She was previously the Northwest Region Coordinator and Media Relations Representative for Purdue's Opportunity for Indiana Business Plan Competition. She also coordinated PUC’s Inspired Leaders Workshop series. Donna is the owner of Convergence Public Relations, vice president of the PUC Public Relations Alumni Assoc., Publicity chair for Lake Central Band Boosters and Director of Drama Ministries at Dyer UMC. She received her B.A. in Communication Purdue Calumet in 2004. Prior to that Donna spent over ten years in public and corporate accounting. | |
| Kathleen Brzezinski, Executive Assistant Kathleen performs the administrative functions and manages the office for KPM Group and its many projects. Prior to this opportunity, Kathleen worked within a wide variety of fields from retail to non-profit. She has three years banking experience and six years experience as Assistant Manager of a small family owned business. She volunteers as a math and English tutor for students, grades 2-12, in her spare time. Kathleen co-chaired Regional Federal Credit Union’s “Walk for Literacy” in 2005 and continues to participate in the fund-raising efforts of other organizations. Previously, she attended Purdue University and is currently pursuing a B.S. in Computer Science at Purdue University Calumet. Among all of her experiences, Kathleen considers her family to be her greatest and most important accomplishment. |
