This is a start up opportunity. A previous business was closed and we are taking parts of the product line to sell on the internet. The products are unique gifts which will be produced at another location. We are looking for an individual who is interested in taking a leadership role with a business that has growth potential. The internship would involve marketing, order processing and customer service.
We are looking for someone who is:
· Entrepreneurial and interested in business start up
· Proficient with graphic software
· Well organized and strong in systems management
· Able to handle several tasks at the same time
· Able to handle customers extremely well
· Creative and innovative
Any individual engaged in this internship would be supervised and gain real world experience in:
· Creating and implementing a marketing strategy
· Web site design and function
· Internet marketing
· Working with customer database
· Managing an order fulfillment system
· Creation and expansion of product lines
Any individual selected for this internship will have a great opportunity to learn many aspects of a small business. Our need is immediate and has flexible day-time hours. There may be a stipend available for the right candidate.
